Wednesday Evening Adult Bible Classes

The classes offered on Wednesday evenings are quite varied. Classes are planned to meet needs of in-depth Bible study as well as practical life skills for Christians. Some practical classes offered from time to time include family relationships, grief recovery, helping skills, practical prayer, and others. Every Wednesday an addiction recovery group called R.S.V.P. gives spiritual support to anyone in the process of recovery. The name of this group, R.S.V.P., highlights its emphasis on recovery, support, victorious living and prayer.
Some classes, such as the popular adult class called Anchor Point and the challenging women's in-depth Bible study called Women of the Word are presented every other quarter to maintain a fresh sense of variety.
Ministry teams also use Wednesday evenings to prepare for seasonal events such as children's choral productions and Christmas musicals. Other ministry teams working with youth programs, children's ministries, addiction recovery, and other ministries use Wednesday evenings as a time of preparation and service. Each of these teams has a need for additional help for those seeking a place to serve.

“Spiritual Priorities for Difficult Times” (Minor Prophets)

What should I do next? Where is God in the daily confusion of my world? The Minor Prophets were ordinary people called an extraordinary task. Although they lived in difficult times and many of their writings have been neglected, the messages cry for us to set our lives in order to meet modern challenges. This course will highlight key themes from the prophets and equip you to make hard decisions about your own future.
"OFF THE CHAIN"–RECOVERY SUPPORT

God wants you free from addictive behavior and substances so you are able to fulfill your true purposes in life. R.S.V.P. (Recovery, Support, Victory, Prayer) is a spiritual support group designed for those who struggle with addictions. Biblical principles serve as the basis to challenge every person to live free and faithful. This group is for both men and women who are in recovery, as well as spouses, other family members, and friends.
